2. Services & Bookings
S8N provides technical enterprise artificial intelligence transformation architectures, automated workflow orchestrations, and strategic consulting services.
Consultation requests, waitlists, and proposals requested on our website are expressions of interest. Booking requests are confirmed strictly subject to consultant availability and qualification filters. S8N reserves the right to decline consultations or cancel meetings at its absolute discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
The website content, layouts, branding assets, custom-written blog components, coding files, and strategic guidelines (including proprietary methodologies and frameworks) are the exclusive intellectual property of S8N Consultancy.
Downloaded resources, blueprints, or gated PDFs are licensed to you for internal, non-commercial assessment only. No portion of our intellectual materials may be decompiled, replicated, or repackaged without our explicit written consent.
4. Portals & Security
Authorized clients accessing S8N portals are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. You must immediately notify us of any security incident or suspected compromise of your access keys. S8N will not be liable for damages resulting from unauthorized entry using client credentials.
5. Acceptable Use Rules
You agree not to use our systems or website for any destructive purpose. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Executing malicious code, SQL injection, or system penetration scripts.
- Scraping content or data assets for the purpose of training competitor LLM nodes.
- Using scripts to flood form endpoints or mock calendar bookings.
- Impersonating another client or organization on contact routes.
6. Liability Boundaries
S8N Consultancy provides its digital platform, guides, calculators, and information on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. S8N makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding system uptime, tool accuracy, or compliance outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S8N will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of corporate profit, data breaches, or software failures, resulting from website usage or consultant briefings.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S8N Consultancy, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, unauthorized website activity, or misuse of custom-rendered blueprints.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or website actions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
