S8N designed and deployed a private vector index pipeline inside Apex's AWS Virtual Private Cloud. We hosted quantized Llama 3 70B models on dedicated GPU nodes, established hybrid dense-and-sparse indexing, and integrated document-level access permissions to respect clinical folder visibility.
